Many thanks to our Valentine Angels from Whitefish Bay! Claire and her friends started creating special Valentines for youth in foster care at age 10 while they were Girl Scouts. Today they are in high school and still make time each year to send some homemade goodies to foster kids. This is Claire with Exec. Dir. Sue and four-legged helpers, Stella and Mabel.
