Kids Matter Inc. is not a child abuse reporting agency. The site includes information on how to report child abuse to your local reporting agency.

When you apply online to become a CASA volunteer, your information is securely managed by Optima and Evinto Solutions.

As you browse this site, Kids Matter Inc. and its web hosting service may collect hit data or other web statistics in order to monitor web site traffic patterns. We do not attempt to link web traffic patterns to personally identifiable information. We use all non-personally identifiable data collected to improve the website. The information is used, for example, to evaluate what portions of the website are more popular than others, to determine from where visitors came to the site, and to determine how many times particular pages of the site were accessed in aggregate.

When you sign up to receive Kids Matter Inc. communications including but not limited to email newsletters, request a speaker, share your story or contact us, you voluntarily provide us with personal information (such as name and email address). We may use this information for specific, limited purposes indicated on the form. You may opt-out, either now or at any time in the future if you do not wish to receive our messages.

No attorney-client relationship is created by sending us e-mail or using forms found on this site.

Kids Matter Inc. and our website hosting service does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any children under age 13.

Kids Matter Inc. may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer websites, tailor content to your location, and for metrics used to track website visitor traffic.

We publish several email newsletters on a monthly basis. We also send announcements about Kids Matter events and services to our community. Kids Matter Inc. does not provide, sell, or rent email addresses or other communications data to anyone outside the organization for any price at any time.

Donations

Kids Matter Inc. has partnered with Give Lively to securely process your online donation. This transaction will appear on your bank statement as “Kids Matter Inc.” This transaction is subject to Give Lively’s Terms and Privacy.
